Kathleen has over 10 years of professional experience in Pilates, Yoga as well as a Massage Therapy, and Holistic Nutrition / Cooking. Her healthy living journey began while working at a little Pilates, Gyrotonic studio in NYC… The studio was and is a mecca for movers of all types (dancers, martial artists, athletes, people seeking to simply feel better and move better).
Tom is a seasoned runner, triathlete, Ironman, and even a crazy 100 miler Ultra runner. He’s our expert on product reviews, gadgets, & all things Tri.
Together we offer a well rounded approach to staying fit, healthy, and fantastic! Kathleen is our head coach for In Home Sessions as well as Online Coaching. Tom is available online upon request.
