Garmin’s Vívo Line of All Day Wearables

Garmin Recently came out with a new Vívo line of all day trackers.  These include the

  • vívofit2 (Retails $99.00)
  • vívosmart HR ($149.99)
  • vívoactive ($219.99)

Garmin Viviofit

First up is vívofit2.  For those just interested in counting steps, knowing distances and calorie burn this might be your tracker.

Garmin Vivosmart

Upping the ante, Garmin’s vívosmart HR adds heart rate tracking capability and smart notifications and vibration alerts.

Garmin-vivoactive

The vívoactive introduces GPS capabilities.

Which Garmin device is right FOR YOU really boils down to functionality and what you actually want the unit to do.  We believe that going with the Garmin vívosmart HR is probability a great option if you’re having trouble deciding.  The addition of the Heart Rate feature means the unit will be able to calculate calorie burn much better than without it.  We don’t think you will be disappointed with any of the Garmin’s offerings as they all are good solid products.
